We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Sewing Machine Operator to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position plays a key role in our apparel production process, focusing primarily on operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on garments and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand, a keen eye for precision, and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency across all production runs.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Set up Sewing machines with correct thread colors, needles, and backing per job requirements
• Hoop and load garments, hats, bags, and other products
• Run test samples to verify design accuracy before production
• Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and consistency
• Follow design files and work orders exactly
• Inspect finished items for defects and make necessary adjustments (tension, speed, needles)
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Replace needles, bobbins, and other consumables as needed
• Organize and stage garments by job tickets and track production counts
• Maintain a clean, organized embroidery work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience with sewing machines or embroidery machines required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
