Duties

  • Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production requirements
  • Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Verify design placement, thread colors, and fabric alignment for accuracy before starting each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process
  • Inspect finished products for quality standards, making adjustments or reworking items as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required
  • Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques enhances your ability to produce top-tier products
  • Strong understanding of sewing machine operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance is essential
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations helps streamline workflow
  • Ability to read and interpret design files, patterns, or technical instructions accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision in work execution
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

Experience:

  • Embroidery: 1 year (Preferred)
