Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated, collaborative, problem-solving Product Manager to join the Growth team. In this role, you will leverage your experience and expertise in developing SaaS products to drive strategic product initiatives. Your role will involve using analytical skills, understanding user needs, and applying data-driven decision-making to shape product strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring each project aligns with our overarching business goals. A person in this position is pivotal in driving significant business results, influencing product strategy, and fostering innovation and efficiency across the company

In this job you will…

  • Conduct market research and immerse yourself in customer needs to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive the development of impactful product initiatives that align with our long-term business strategy and help our customers succeed.
  • Make strategic product decisions, and take ownership of their outcomes.
  • Assess and adjust product strategies regularly to stay aligned with market conditions and company goals.
  • Use strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and incorporate them into product development.
  • Foster an environment of innovation and encourage risk-taking within the product team to explore new solutions.
  • Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product features on time.
  • Oversee product discovery, user research, product requirements, and strategic planning for product releases.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement methodologies for data-driven decision-making, including hypothesis-driven work.
  • Lead cross-functional communication, keeping all stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.

You must…

  • Show up: give us your best and have the courage to do difficult but necessary stuff.
  • Grow up: take responsibility, learn continuously, and have a growth mindset.
  • Do good: treat your co-workers and customers the way you want to be treated.
  • Have expert communication skills in order to work on a cross functional team as well as externally, shaping the company’s narrative in the broader industry.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, understanding team dynamics and individual motivations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Possess a strong product sense with the ability to deeply empathize with customers and users.
  • Flourish in an autonomous environment with a high degree of agency.
  • Have experience with SaaS Products.
  • Have experience working directly with key stakeholders.
  • Be team-oriented – you’re invested in the success of your colleagues, and they are invested in yours.
  • Reside permanently and currently in the United States. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the U.S. at this time even if you're willing to work during U.S. time zones.

It'd be nice if you…

  • Have experience working on a mobile-first product.
  • Have at least 3 years of Product Manager experience.
