The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to help us attract and hire exceptional talent that will fuel CompanyCam's growth! In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop strategic sourcing approaches, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, and events to identify top talent
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Screen and interview candidates to asses qualifications and cultural fit
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout the process
  • Partner with leaders to align hiring decisions with business priorities and team culture
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and advise hiring managers
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that improve recruitment processes and support team goals

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Strengthening our employer brand through a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Accelerating hiring success by sourcing and attracting the best talent in the market.
  • Empowering leaders with the insights and tools they need to make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Contributing to a diverse and equitable workforce that supports innovation and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in data-informed recruiting or labor market research, preferred
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems
