The Opportunity: Customer Implementation Consultant

The primary focus of the Customer Implementation Consultant on the Onboarding and Professional Services team is to deliver a variety of LifeLoop standardized training courses, primarily virtual, with occasional on-site sessions that guide customers toward successful, optimized use of the LifeLoop engagement system. The role is heavily involved with customers during implementation and onboarding and is responsible for each customer’s initial successful adoption of the product.

What can you expect the role to look like:

  • Customer Obsession – Portray a passion for the customers. As part of the Customer Success Organization, you are responsible for making sure our customers are heard, satisfied and successful.
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree. Emphasis in recreation, therapy, gerontology, education, or communications a plus.
  • Training Skills – Ability to use a variety of training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning.
  • Teamwork – Ability to work in a collaborative environment with team members and cross-teams in order to achieve a shared goal.
  • Writing and Communication Skills – Proven ability to communicate effectively through email, phone and in person. Must be comfortable in one-to-one settings as well as group presentations, virtual and in person.
  • Computer Proficiency – Required to learn and become efficient with all systems used internally to perform day-to-day job. These include Microsoft Suite, Zoho Suite, RingCentral, and Zoom.
  • Key Strengths – Strong motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a friendly and customer-focused attitude. Ability to organize time and work independently and effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise good judgment. Leadership qualities include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of disciplines in the senior living industry.
  • Experience – A background in customer success with a focus on education and training preferred. Senior living experience a bonus.
