Workshop is looking for a driven Product Manager to help us build high-quality products that our customers love. Successful Product Managers are natural collaborators, always organized, and are able to combine customer and business goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of product management experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. We are on pace to substantially grow in the next year, but need motivated and determined product leaders to reach our goal.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Help develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Workshop’s strategic goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs
- Help create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market demands
- Support agile operations by leading standups, planning, story writing sessions, and other key touch points throughout the development cycle
- Clearly articulate product requirements to development teams using user stories, wireframes, and other relevant documentation
- Define and monitor key product metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work with engineering leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and CX teams to build go-to-market strategies and ensure our teams are ready to support new products
To be successful at this position, you’ll need to:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience working on in an agile development environment
- Have experience building Software as a Service products
- Be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Juggle lots of tasks while maintaining focus on goals
- Work well in a team environment
- Bring a high level of energy to the job every day
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked on Internal Communication software or similar platforms.
- Have proven history of bringing successful products to market
